Matt Sebenoler brings over 30 years of experience in financial advising and leadership to Invicta Financial Group, which he proudly joined in May 2025. Throughout his career, Matt has guided individuals, families, and businesses toward achieving meaningful financial and personal goals through comprehensive planning and values-based coaching.
Matt began his financial career in 1995, serving families and later managing six branches in both Germany and the United States. He went on to join Wells Fargo, where he developed and led their New Advisor Development Program while also coaching some of the industry’s top advisors. Known for his passion for authentic client conversations, Matt believes the best advice comes from understanding the “why” behind the “what”—focusing on people’s values first, not just products.
Before entering financial services, Matt served as an Armor Officer in the Army after graduating from West Point in 1988. A decorated combat veteran and 100% disabled veteran, Matt continues to carry forward his dedication to service. His wife, Kim, also an Army veteran, now works as a senior procurement manager for Phillips 66. Together they have four children, enjoy traveling the world, and share a love for the outdoors.
Matt and Kim are also passionate advocates for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and for raising awareness around mental health challenges.
