2025 Operation Give Back - Friends of The Boerne Public Library

In October 2025, Invicta continued its tradition of philanthropy with Operation Give Back.

With the growth of the Boerne, TX office we wanted to put the spotlight on a local organization in the small, but vibrant community that is THE Boerne, Texas.

Invicta had the pleasure this year of making a $6,700 donation to the Friends of the Boerne Public Library.

Prior Recipients of Operation Give Back

Friends of the Boerne Public Library is a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with the Patrick Heath Public Library in Boerne.

Friends of the Boerne Public Library operates a small used bookshop and fundraises money for book purchases, author visits, public programs, and a variety of other library support services for use by visitors to the library.

The Invicta team was treated to a tour of the library highlighting their quiet reading and work spaces, vast collection of books, the Library of Things, and The Memory Lab – a separate workroom open for public use to convert memories (pictures, documents, projection slides) into digital format.

We even saw the 400-year-old German bible printed in the 1600’s that was discovered in a local high school in the 60’s and has been lovingly cared for by the library.

We were excited to learn that our donation would be going to outfitting and funding new programs for their newly acquired bookmobile! This new bookmobile was just purchased, and the library staff were going to receive training on operating the bookmobile the day following our visit. The library plans on using the book mobile to visit schools and home-bound seniors as well as various other community outreach events.
